Hot water takes an eternity to arrive in the morning!!! There's a lack of proper amenities in the room, especially for sharing with others!!!

The venue was fairly clean and the staff were courteous and polite. The double room was authentic with central heating, a work desk, and TV. The hotel was in a marvellous location near to all major tourist attractions in Florence.

amazing walking distance to famous florentine landmarks and parks
I loved my stay here because it was just a short walk to both the Mercato Centrale and the amazing Ponte Vecchio, making it super easy to explore all the city's amazing sights, and the charming and supportive staff definitely made my trip even better.

The hotel was great and really accomodating. We had my dog traveling with us and they are a great pet friendly hotel.

the staff was very friedly, the hotel very clean and the location excellent if you need to stay close to the station and Firenze Fiera. Also getting the center of the city was easy.
if you expect a good coffe for breakfast, the hotel is not the right place to have one...my room was big but dark because not very much light came from the window.

The rollercoaster I didn't see coming
The hotel, nestled in a beautiful Florentine building, boasts comfortable beds & a good breakfast served on the terrace!
A somewhat tricky check-in process at a neighboring hotel threw us off a bit! The shared bathroom experience could use some improvement given its limited cleanliness!

I love its location in Florence because is walking distance from the touristic attractions and the staff is very friendly and helpful!
I didn't like that it does not have a elevator and is on a "second floor" (actually it looks like a third floor because of the many stairs) and the bathroom is very tiny and uncomfortable!

The location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy walking access to attractions. The air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh fruits and generous options like ham and cheese, enjoyed in a lovely courtyard terrace. The check-in process at the neighboring hotel was straightforward, and the staff provided clear directions upon arrival.

The staff is amazing, very helpful and comfortable to be with. The breakfast was good and our room was great. The location is fantastic-about 5 minutes walk from the train station, close to great restaurants and close to all of the main sites. I highly recommend this hotel!

THe hotel is very clean and modern. THe staff is very helpful.THey spoke English, and helped book a concert for us. It was lovely having breakfast outside on the terrace. Everything worked well - towels and soap changed every day. We highly recommend this hotel!
THe only negative was that the lobby is on the second floor, and there is no elevator. The staff helped us with our bags.

I stayed here for a few nights to explore the local attractions, and I loved how close it was to so many places. The shared bathroom situation was a bit overwhelming with so many rooms, but my own room came with its own sink and a charming balcony. I enjoyed the comfy vibes of the room, and even though breakfast options were limited, it was nice to have a good coffee machine to start my mornings.

The price is good. The location was poor and the main entrance not appealing, scruffy and untidy. Once on the first floor and in the hands of Monica staff, it was fine. Parking was conveniently around the corner although an extra. I would stay here again.
Scruffy, untidy, littered front entrance.
